Felt it. Hand-stitched felt bucks the conventional thinking of what a headboard needs to be made of. The warm neutrals of this piece mirror the other earthy textures designer Jessica Helgerson used in the rest of the home.
A beautiful slab of wood becomes a unique headboard setting the stage for a naturally elegant and simple bedroom design. Whenever I see this photo I want to begin redoing a bedroom immediately emulating this look.
